OK, back from Mexico City, which was, as always, a kick in the pants. Now, however, it is off to Mayo Clinic to see if the high priests of Medicine can fix what has gone wrong with three prior abdominal surgeries. I know this is what is known as an "overshare", but I may well post some details about a visit to Mayo, as it promises to be strange and expensive. If you are anything like me, you hate telling "your story" to doctors over and over again, and I figure Mayo is the court of last resort before Filipino psychic surgeons, and I can't speak Tagalog. This may be the last time I have to tell this particular tedious tale. Wish me luck!
